500 free 300 I’M kds 400, 300, 200, 100 Easy 100 100 on 1:05 2 easy 59s on 1:00 2 on 1:10….4 on 1:20 Easy 100 6x thru: 1 x 75 I’M 1 x 50 build stroke 1 x 25 hard 6 x 25 odd build rest 5 sec.even hard rest 10 Warm Down Bill carr copped attitude during the 1234 and when asked if the interval was too tight and said “no it was perfectly fine the way you gave it” and I said that’s not really an answer is it. He said actually I’ve been hating this set the entire time because frankly I was already done with the freestyle and not ready for a second 1000 free.
